Eligible Purchasers
This Convenience Contract may be used by Executive State Agencies and other purchasers as permitted by N.C.G.S. 143B-1323, 143B-1324. Further, it may be used as a Convenience Contract, available, but not mandatory, for the use of non-state agencies permitted by law. Such entities include the North Carolina University System and its member campuses, instructional components of the Department of Public Instruction, instructional components of the North Carolina Community College System, as well as local (municipal and county) governments, and LEAs (hereinafter all shall be referred to as “Purchasing Entities”).

Restrictions
Off-the-shelf software that is not pre-loaded on device is not allowed.

Cellular Phone Equipment purchases, including but not limited to iPhones and related peripherals, accessories, and AppleCare, are not allowed.

With a signed consent form, other eligible purchasers outside Greene County Schools and within the State of North Carolina include: Any school District and their Public or Private not-for-profit school system; Boards of Education; Charter Schools; State Universities and Colleges; State and Local Government Agencies including Fire Departments, Libraries, Special Districts, Port Authority, Municipality, townships or Indian Reservations with the State of North Carolina.

Piggyback Clause

Apple Direct Customer Agreement (ADCA)
